Very central location. Large family room. Staff pleasant and helpful. Ability to temporarily leave luggage in secure room after check-out at no extra cost.
Basin in bathroom cracked, strains on carpet, entrance door damaged. Noisy residents in adjoining room. This hotel is in need of renovation.

(1) It was the venue of a workshop that I attended; (2) In walking distance of some interesting parts of Sydney; (3) nice and quiet suburb; (4) reasonably comfortable room; (5) Most of the staff quite nice.
(1) A liitle bit noisy. Insulation between rooms didn't seem very well. (2) Cold in the restaurant in the mornings.

The hotel is a bit dated and in need of refurbishment, but everything is there. I had a big, pleasant room with a balcony and bath. The hotel staff is friendly. The location is (very) good. And you get all this for a much cheaper price than other hotels in the area.

The quiet location within easy walking distance of Chinatown, Darling Harbour and the Monorail. Also, the friendly staff who were willing to assist and provide advice when required.
Lack of a fitness facility.

People generally friendly and helpful. Room clean.
They forgot to phone us with a wake-up call. They were $30 out in giving us an idea of the taxi fare to the airport. Room dated (TV, bathroom) but clean.

The large room was a pleasant surprise, and the quick check-in process made our arrival stress-free. We enjoyed relaxing on our own balcony amidst the relaxing area.

Very well located for the purpose of our visit which was in Darling harbor. Very quiet.
Breakfast was disgusting and would not recommend everything was mainly cold. Could have been our fault due to arriving half hour before they closed. Still was not worth the $'s. Next question yes but not breakfast.

The hotel is excellent value and well-designed with amazing friendly staff with very friendly service. Big bed and excellent and perfect location close to convention centre. Based adjacent to the restaurant for dinner, many cafes and restaurants and Central Park Mall.

When we complained the staff were quite helpful and apologetic.
I asked for a city view and top floor back in July and never received this. Also bathroom mouldy curtains ripped and I could have got something closer for cheaper and better quality.

The location packs a punch with easy access to the nearby Paddy's Markets, Powerhouse Museum, and Darling Harbour. Perfect for exploring the city. Key amenities include fast check-in/check-out and convenient luggage storage, which I found helpful after a late night out.
The thin walls left me hearing everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Privacy felt compromised when using the balcony that directly faced another building. Confusion over parking made for an inconvenient start-had I known the hotel had garage options, it would have saved me some hassle. The lack of any dining options past breakfast was frustrating, leaving me wishing for a late-night meal after returning to the room.
